The company was established originally by Mr. B. Ramachandra Raju and his associates who have run the company till March 2006. Due to various reasons the company could not generate adequate business, consequently the company's equity went negative which forced the company to sell the entire equity of the management to third party.

Mr. V.M Reddy and his NRI associates have acquired entire equity of B.Ramachandra Raju and his associates. The present BOARD OF DIRECTORS are

V.M Reddy is a Chartered Accountant and has 25 year of experience in varied fields such as accounting, auditing and managing manufacturing companies. Till Feb 2008, he was managing director of M/s. VIJLAK PHARMA LTD.

D.Vishnu Vardhan is an engineer with experience of 20 year in manufacturing various chemicals and APIs. He has good exposure in selection as well as handling chemical equipment , and also managing the manufacturing unit .

D. Padma is a postgraduate in science ( M.Sc) and has 20 year experience in handling various chemicals and APIs. She is capable in managing lab as well as R & D.

V. Sudhaker Reddy is non executive director. He is a reputed high court lawyer with his qualifications of Bachelor in commerce and master in law. With his 25 year experience in law profession guides the company in law maters such as companies Act, P.F, E.S.I and labour Acts.

T.V. Sreenivas murthy is a post graduate in commerce and also qualified CAIIB He is a retired senior bank manager with 30 years experience in banking. He is well versed with funds management which is essential to run a manufacturing company.
